Frequently Asked Questions
Where will the Glastonbury Goddess Conference take place?
The Goddess Conference main venue is the Town Hall, Magdalene St, Glastonbury BA6 9EL, UK. This is where most of the ceremonies, talks and performances will take place.
Other venues used for the workshops and ceremonies are: The Assembly Halls, The Goddess Hall, The Constitutional Club, the Avalon Centre, the Avalon Room (above the courtyard), the function room of the George and Pilgrims and Fragrant Earth (shop) and on the land Bushy Combe and the Chalice Well.
Will there be disabled access?
The Goddess Hall has disabled access, as does the Town Hall and the Avalon Centre. However we cannot promise that all the other venues are accessible as are some of the outside venues, we apologies for this.
I have restricted mobility – can I still come to the Conference?
We do have Melissae who can assist getting you in and out of the main building, and a special team who might be able to offer an alternative if you’re unable to walk on the landscape.
Those who need special assistance, please contact us beforehand, or make yourself known on the registration desk, so we can get you in contact with the right people or discuss necessary arrangements.
What happens when I buy a ticket on the website?
When you buy your ticket online, you will be sent a confirmation directly, thereafter we manually email your personal e-ticket which includes the description of your purchase as well as a unique number. At the conference you show either a printed ticket or the e-ticket on your phone, your name and number needs to be verified with our list.
When you have bought a ticket for the online Goddess Conference, you will be provided with further information about which platform will be used to access the online Conference closer to the date!
It is important that you give us your correct email address and update us if it changes!
Both for the in-person and online Conference all communication will happen through email contact! Please make sure that you check your spam/junk box for information of the Goddess Conference regularly. Make sure you do not miss out!
Can I pay in cash or by cheque?
We encourage everybody to pay directly via PayPal. This method of paying is linked to the tickets that are on our website. If there is really no possibility to pay by PayPal, then we can arrange a bank transfer. If you do not have online banking, you can go to your bank and pay directly into the Goddess Conference’s bank account, but only after direct contact with us. You can pay in cash at the registration of the in-person Conference. If you want to buy a full conference ticket however, it is far more economical to buy the ticket in advance!
I live abroad how can I best pay for my ticket?
If you live abroad, it is best to pay via PayPal or if that is not available, via TransferWise directly into the Goddess Conference’s bank account (if you pay via TransferWise, please contact us)
PayPal won’t accept my credit/debit card
There is not much we can do about PayPal, but it is always worth trying again, perhaps with a different card. Failing that, you can pay us via TransferWise or by direct banking, always contact us if you do so.
My computer crashed mid-payment by PayPal
It is unlikely any money was taken from your account, but if you have a PayPal account then you can easily check. If you receive notification from us that we have received an order, it doesn’t necessarily mean that payment was taken as unpaid orders are placed “on hold”. Do contact us if you would like more information.
I ordered a ticket but gave the wrong email/name/address. What should I do?
Contact us with details and we’ll do what we can to help.
Can I cancel my booking for a refund?
The Conference does not give full refunds. If for any reason the in-person does not go ahead, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the online Conference (with a repayment of the difference). However, you can sell your ticket to another participant, if you let us know by offering their full name and details.
I am ordering my tickets very late and am worried I won’t receive them by post in time.
We do not send out paper tickets, since all will be handled via email. All you need to show us at registration is either a printout or phone image of your ticket with your name and booking number. We will have the rest of your information.
Can I book the workshops I want to attend in advance?
We encourage everybody to book their workshops at registration on the Tuesday of the conference, to give everyone a fair chance.
Can I pay cash at the door?
Yes, in many cases – but it is better to book in advance, to ensure you don’t miss out on anything. It’s also possible that some popular events simply won’t have room on the day. And especially when you buy a full conference ticket it is worth buying the ticket in advance.
Can I buy a part ticket for the Goddess Conference?
Yes, you can. All part tickets, weekend tickets and Gala tickets for the in-person Conference will be available from the 1st May.
There are no part tickets for the online Goddess Conference, it is a full ticket only event.

We have limited volunteer/Melissa spaces in exchange for a full Conference ticket. We have 4 different categories of Melissa, which are allocated to different areas of skills. The four areas are: tech-skills – build and design skills, registration and general support. If you want to be considered, please apply through the Mellissa Ticket in the shop and you will be contacted back by 1 of the Melissae pillar holders.

What is the difference between the in-person and online Goddess Conference?
The in-person Goddess Conference takes place in Glastonbury, UK. The Conference has functioned like this for more than years. During our 25th year we had to go online, which was done with great success and opened doorways of connection.
From then on, the Goddess Conference offers both an in-person (in Glastonbury) and online version. The in-person Glastonbury Goddess Conference is a beautiful multiple day gathering in the centre of town, offering a beautiful connection to the Land of Avalon.
The online version of the Goddess Conference has the same theme, but a different programme. Some presenters you can only experience in the online programme. The online Conference is available from anywhere in the world, in any time-zone.
Does the Goddess Conference also allow men and other genders to participate?
Absolutely, we welcome all Goddess loving and Goddess curious people. The Goddess Conference promotes inclusivity, which in practical sense means that people are welcome in any way they identify. We ask from the presenters to have their offerings available to all who identify as a certain gender. If this means that they cannot offer a specific piece of work, then that part of their contribution cannot be offered during the Conference.
Do I need to attend registration on the first day if I have a day ticket for later in the week?
No. We will have details of your booking at the front desk. But please note that the registration for all the in-person workshops will start on the first morning. You can still join if you arrive later (forms at the registration desk), but the workshop might be full.
Can you suggest accommodation?
We do not make recommendations, please check the different local Glastonbury websites, AirBnB and Booking.com. We do recommend that you book your accommodation early, because Glastonbury is busy in the Summer months and the B&B’s get booked up early.
Where do I eat during the Conference Week?
We have a lovely cafe in the Town Hall during the week, which serves drinks, cakes and lunches. For dinner there are many wonderful places to choose from in town, including vegetarian and vegan restaurants and cafes.
Are there any free events at the conference?
There is an Exhibition in the Miracles Room (in the Glastonbury Experience). You are also welcome to join in the procession, which leaves from the Town Hall at approximately 11.30am on the Sunday. And don’t miss a chance to visit the ARTISAN FAYRE craft stalls in the small Town Hall, which are also free to visit (venues may change from year to year, but you can ask at the conference front desk).
Can I bring my child to the in-person Conference?
Of course! We welcome the future generation of Goddess loving and curious people! There are children’s workshops and other events for young people as well as special ‘Artemis’ tickets for children and young people available from the 1st of Februari.
Can I bring my dog to the conference?
Sorry – we can only accept guide/assistance dogs. If you’re planning to bring a guide or assistance dog, please do let us know beforehand, because we might need to make special arrangements for people with allergies.
What is the idea for the Gala Masque?
The Gala Masque is the opportunity to expressing your deeper Divine Self! Come in your finery as the Goddess or God you are. This is more than simply donning a mask or veil; we won’t let you in if you are not dressed up!
What time does the Gala finish? I want to order a taxi.
Usually around 11pm. The taxis are right across the road from the Town Hall.
Can I have a stall/art exhibition?
You need to contact us by to discuss a stall/exhibition for next year’s Conference. By the time the website goes life, we are very likely already fully booked.
Can I phone the conference?
Sure, the number it’s +44 (0)7948 079671
